Football Academies & Clubs in Pakistan

 

As you know cricket and hockey are important sports of Pakistan but the football passion among the youth is increasing day by day so they decided to open clubs and academies all over the country. There are many academies and clubs in Pakistan and their main purpose is to look for talent, polish it and prepare them to join the Pakistan Football Federation. Some of the many clubs and academies are in direct contact with the PFF (Pakistan Football Federation).



Here is a list of some of the most popular football clubs or academies.

YOUTH CLUB FOOTBALL ACADEMY (YCFA):

This Academy is located in Islamabad; it would not be wrong to call it one of the best football academies in Islamabad. Youth Club Football Academy(YCFA) is a very popular name among the youth footballers of the capital. This academy is very fruitful specially for the beginners, you not only train here but also get a knowledge about the latest approaches, process and equipment’s which used on international level. The two main things that make YCFA stick out are:

·         presence of FIFA Certified Coaches

·         Character building sessions of expert professional advisors.

This football club also organizes various competitions and matches with other sports academies of Islamabad.

ZAMZAMA UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB (ZUFC):

It is located at DHA phase 6 and found in 2004, Zamzama United is a club and academy which dedicated to showcasing the young talented footballers of Karachi. It is place where footballer learn and grow under the guidance of coaches. The Karachi football club has coached more than 500 players over every year. To boost the confidence level of footballers, Zamzama United Football Club (ZUFC), arrange the interleague tournament with other football clubs in the city, ZUFC accepts players ages from 5 and 17.

Fame football club and academy:

It is located in Lahore model town block B and Founded in January 2008, FAME Football Club and Academy is one of the best clubs in Lahore. It is under the guidance of former Pakistani international players who are coaching their students in the very right direction, plus they have more than 100 permanent members in the coaching center. In a very short span of time, the club has made a name for itself in Lahore. Club owner Arif Dogar's mission is to promote football in Pakistan and Zia Arif Dogar is working day and night on its success to form a team for the B Division Football League. Club Secretary Tajmal Khan, aamir and anjum shamail Atari who are the current coaches of fame football club and academy are doing their best to promote the ground and they have played many international games for Pakistan.

Baloch F.C.:

Baloch Noshki Football Club commonly known as Baloch FC. Baloch F.C is a professional football club based in Baluchistan. Baloch F.C played in the 2006-07 National Club League and won the competition.

 After that they joined the 2007-08 Football Federation League. It competes in the Pakistan Premier League, playing the EBB and Flow season. In the 2014-15 fc Baloch was important club for Football Federation League and making progress they become a part Pakistan premier league.

Fanats F.C:

Fanats FC is a football club located in Karachi. Fanats FC is supervised by Mohammad Khanani. The club's home ground is Sharafi Muhammadan Stadium. Fanats FC was formed in 2005 when football was not so popular in Pakistan. Fanats FC shares their stadium with different clubs in Karachi to enhance their skill.

COSCO FOOTBALL ACADEMY (CFA):

This club is located in Islamabad. If you are a footballer living in Islamabad, you must know the name COSCO Football Academy. In this facility, football aspirants are trained under the tutelage of highly experienced coaches. There is a highly difficult training session at cosco in order to build the stamina of the player and to maximizes the ability, speed and strength of the players on the field. It is one of the leading sports club in Islamabad which organizes sports competitions and events throughout the year in order to increase the confidence of the players.
